This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

  • The product URL you submit for audit, and the results of analysing it.
  • When the AEO Boost extension is used and the server cannot read a protected storefront, we process a sanitized snapshot of the current product page after removing input fields, forms, navigation, and non-structured scripts. We do not store the snapshot as raw page content.
  • Your email address when you request a free audit result, buy a report, or create an account.
  • Basic account data, subscription status, plan, products, credits, and audit history.
  • Payment identifiers needed for renewal, such as the payment provider customer, card, and payment-agreement IDs, but not full card details.
  • Your IP address, for one purpose only: preventing abuse of the free audit.
  • Anonymised usage data: which pages you visited and how long you stayed.

What we do not collect

We do not store your full card number or security code. Card details are entered directly with a licensed payment provider, and we retain only tokenized identifiers needed for an authorized renewal.

The AEO Boost extension does not collect passwords, input fields, or payment data from storefront pages, and it does not monitor browsing or run automatically.

Why we collect it

To run audits and issue reports; operate your account, dashboard, history, subscription, and renewals; improve assessment accuracy; prevent abuse; and meet statutory invoicing requirements.

Service providers

  • A licensed payment provider in the Kingdom, to process payments, store the payment method with your consent, run renewals, and issue receipts.
  • An AI model provider, to which public product page data is sent for analysis as part of the audit.
  • An analytics provider, to measure site performance using anonymised data.
  • A transactional email provider, to send your report and its one-year access link.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the site and remember your language preference, and analytics cookies to measure performance. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the service.

Retention

We retain account, subscription, report, and audit-history data while the account remains active, and retain necessary data after closure for statutory periods or to settle payments and disputes. You may ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep via our support email; we act within thirty days.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom you have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion and object to its processing. Contact: support@aeoboost.co.
