Service description

AEO Boost is a measurement and monitoring platform for publicly accessible product pages. It provides a single-report option and monthly accounts with a dashboard, reports, and re-audits subject to plan limits.

The report is advisory and analytical. We do not guarantee that your product will appear in any AI assistant, nor any particular ranking or increase in sales, because those systems are owned by third parties and change their criteria without notice.

Accounts and subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method stored with the payment provider until the account owner cancels.
• Renewal can be canceled from the account before the next renewal date. Cancellation does not affect reports or credits available until the paid period ends.
• There is no grace period after a renewal payment fails; subscription features pause until payment succeeds or a new subscription starts.
• Product, credit, and usage limits follow the selected plan and may not be circumvented or shared beyond authorized team members.

User obligations

• The URL you submit must be public and must not require a login.
• You may not use the service to audit content that violates Saudi law.
• You may not disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or access reports belonging to others.
• Information you provide, such as your email address, must be accurate.

Intellectual property

The assessment framework, its methodology, the report structure and the platform content are ours. They may not be republished, resold, or used to derive a competing service.

The report produced for your product is licensed to you for use within your business: you may apply it and share it internally, but you may not resell or publish it as a standalone product.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance does not exceed the amount you paid for the service in dispute.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from applying the recommendations or from declining to apply them.

Changes and termination

We may amend these terms and will publish the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. We refund any paid report not yet delivered and handle remaining paid balances under applicable law and the refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Operating entity

AEO Boost is a digital platform for measuring and monitoring product-page readiness. Official invoices are issued in the name of AEO Boost.
